I really like this pattern. It's the best I've found so far. I want to make a filly/baby for my niece's birthday. Any suggestions/ideas how to modify this pattern to make it into a baby pony?

when I got the pattern I used about 3 pieces of copy paper, and I was wondering how much fabric I need...

I have a question regarding the bottom of the hooves. As of now, I'm getting my dad to do it, but how do you sew them on? Do you hand sew them, or do you use a machine?

Attempt successful! I modified your design a little bit, made the legs more narrow, head larger and nose longer. I'm going to get better material for next time, but after 11 hours of hard work I hand sewed this gal fav.me/d7u0tjr Thank you so much for making your design public! ^^

So, my plan is to attempt to hand sewn plush since I currently don't have the money or knowledge to buy and use a sewing machine. ^^; What stitch would you recommend for piecing it together? I have a very steady hand, so I'm not too worried, but I want it to, well... stay together and look nice.

How do you attach the head? I make the head, then the body, but i stick the neck thingie in the head and i sew it together and it ends up looking really shoddy, could you explain this part for me please?

alright, this is working great  n looks beautiful (minus the one hoof whose stretch is facing the wrong way) but my derpys body is spread eagle, is there any way to fix this for this/the next pony i make? just like to bring the legs in more towards the body, it's made out of blizzard fleece.

hmm i think adding darts to the legs brings it in in when youre sewing it, if youve already stuffed and sealed up it just do what i did and put small stitches in between the bottom inner hooves to keep em together

That really depends on the program you're using for printing. You can use something like LibreOffice Draw to print separate parts of the pattern in different sheets of paper.

Your best bet, though, is to take the small printout to a copy store and ask them to blow it up to a larger size.

I've been looking for a pattern whose results were decent. I have seen some really good plushies, but not a pattern to be found. Meanwhile, all the patterns I've seen end up being horrible when all the steps are done.

Congratulations, you've done a good pattern for a good plush.

I am doing my second plushie with this - thanks for posting, but i have one question.

I dont get it how to sew the ears in? If i tuck them in i cant sew the line because i wont be able to turn the ears insideout?
So i turned the head and sewed them in the gap i left but its not that pretty. How do i do that right?

Tip- Sew and turn the ears right-side out before tucking them into the line you're sewing for the head. That way you have a perfectly tucked ear~
